Words and Art at the Rice Gallery

Words & Art is a reading series organized by Mary Wemple where writers create works inspired by the installations at Rice Gallery in Houston, Texas, part of Rice University.

Each reading features poetry and prose by local poets and writers and takes place in the gallery with the art as its stage. The series is a celebration of the many ways art can inspire us.
